The mornings by the lakeside were stunning and calming. the hotel's location right next to a large mall was convenient. the view of the lake from the hotel rooms was breathtaking.

The staff seemed to need further training for efficient check-ins and handling complaints.

Our romantic escape was amazing! Stunning lake and city views from the spacious suites made it hard to leave the room. The location was perfect, with a mall just a short walk away. The gym was clean, and we appreciate that it wasn't overcrowded. The staff was sweet and even allowed us to have a later check-out time.

While the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, there weren't many western choices, and the quality of the food could have been better. We had to ask for coffee several times before we made our own, and the staff was slow to remove used plates.
